Remote Support

When a technician needs to access your computer to troubleshoot an issue, we use RustDesk - a secure remote desktop tool. Here's how it works:

  1. Download and install the RustDesk agent for your operating system.
  2. Open the application and share the session code with your support technician.
  3. Grant the permissions prompt when asked.
  4. Your technician will connect and resolve the issue while you watch.

Tips for Faster Resolution

Be Specific

Include what you were doing when the issue occurred, any error messages you see, and the device or software involved.

Include Screenshots

A picture is worth a thousand words. Attach screenshots of error messages or unexpected behavior when submitting your ticket.

Note the Timing

Let us know when the issue started and whether it happens consistently or only at certain times. This helps us pinpoint the cause.
