518-444-2220When a technician needs to access your computer to troubleshoot an issue, we use RustDesk - a secure remote desktop tool. Here's how it works:
Include what you were doing when the issue occurred, any error messages you see, and the device or software involved.
A picture is worth a thousand words. Attach screenshots of error messages or unexpected behavior when submitting your ticket.
Let us know when the issue started and whether it happens consistently or only at certain times. This helps us pinpoint the cause.
